METHOD OF RESERVATION: 

Individual attendees will be responsible for payment of their room, tax and incidental, as well as any cancellation charges, if they apply. 

One-night deposit is required upon reservation. Reservation is non-refundable.

Bag Check

Bag Check Schedule  

21K Bag Check is open from 7:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 20th.   

5K & 10K Bag Check is open from 10:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 20th.   

Bag Check Details  

• Bag Check is located in Espace ’67  
• We accept small bags sized up to 18” x 12 – we will not accept luggage or other large items. 
• Your Bag Tag will be attached to the bottom of your Race Bib. Please tear the tag off the bottom of your bib and safety pin it to your bag. To ensure that bag check is fast and efficient, please do this before you arrive on race day.  
• We strongly recommend that you leave your valuables at home! The 21k de Montreal is not responsible for lost or stolen property, including any and all property checked at bag check. 

Directions and Parking

Metro 

The Jean-Drapeau subway station is located right in the heart of Parc Jean-Drapeau. For fast and easy access to the Parc, the subway is still the best way to go! Avoid traffic, parking fees and time limitations on race morning.  From the Jean-Drapeau station, participants will follow the event signage leading them to the Start Area just outside the Metro Station near Espace 67. For more information, please visit the STM website.  

Parking  

Parking for this event will be in parking lot P8 and will cost $23.48 + taxes. For more information on Parking, please visit the Parc Jean-Drapeau website.  

Please note that Parking is limited, and the best method of transportation is taking the Metro!  

Driving Directions  

Take the Parc Jean-Drapeau Exit from the Jacques-Cartier bridge. Follow signs to P8 parking lot. 

Event Alert System

The 21K de Montréal will be using a colour-coded Event Alert System (EAS) at this year’s event to communicate the status of course conditions to event staff and participants leading up to and on race day.   

The levels range from Low (GREEN) to Moderate (YELLOW) to High (RED) to Extreme (BLACK) based on a variety of factors, including weather and event conditions. All event staff and participants should familiarize themselves with the Event Alert System colour indicators prior to the race, remain alert for directions from race officials, announcers and staff and take precautions to prepare for varying weather and event conditions on race day.   

Event staff and participants should stay tuned to the current Event Alert System status via email, announcements and the signage at the Information tent in the Pre-Race Area and at the Water & Aid Stations on course on race day.
