We are constantly chasing that runner’s high. We see running as more than just a physical activity – it is an integral component of good mental health, a way to build community, and an activity that provides purpose and meaning in our lives.

Connection
Connections fuel our community. Everything we do strives to create stronger relationships with our participants, partners, charities and the communities we belong to.

We do what we say. We stand up for what we believe in, and we put the well-being and interests of our community first.

Accountability
Our community is at the heart of our words and actions, and we actively engage our community in the choices we make. We hold ourselves accountable through both our successes and failures, and continuously work to elevate ourselves and our industry.

Entrepreneurship
We remain true to our roots. Our team embodies the entrepreneurial spirit that began 30 years ago. Continuing on that same path today, we challenge each other to think big and make decisions that will move us forward, creating innovative, exciting, world-class running experiences that welcome everyone and grow the broader run community.

Inclusion
Everyone can participate. We build a stage that celebrates everyone, no matter their background, age, gender, experience, or ability. We set goals to lower barriers to ensure everyone can enjoy our events, whether as a participant, partner, charity, or community member.
