Customize your Eastside 10k medal with your very own name and finishing time! Pre-order your engraved iTab online on our registration page or here if you’ve already registered. On completion of the Race, you will receive your iTaB by mail, which fits neatly into a recess on your Medal.

The Under Armour Eastside 10k has partnered with Virtual Race Bags to produce a ‘virtual goodie bag’ in an effort to ‘go green’ and provide additional benefits to our participants. As a participant of this year’s event you will receive an email invitation to the Virtual Race Bag prior to the event giving you access to the bag. In the race bag you will find an array of valuable information including our official event guide, exclusive offers, coupons, giveaways, and messages from our sponsors. Sent out the Thursday prior to the race.

How to Register

  • The easiest, most accurate way to enter with instant confirmation. Online registration closes on Thursday, September 18th at 11:59pm (or when the cap of 3200 runners is reached).
  • If space is available, in person at Packet Pickup

  • No run day entries.

Registration Caps

Eastside 10k: 3200 participants (pending COV approval)

Please note: there is a time limit of 1:45 for participants to complete the 10k event. See Course Restrictions for more information.

Changes to your Registration

Changes to registration data (shirt size / emergency contact):

You can change basic details (email address, address, postal code, emergency contact, finishing time, shirt size) of your registration by logging into your Race Roster account. All changes must be submitted by August 31.

  1. Sign In to your Participant Dashboard by selecting “Sign In” in the top right here: https://raceroster.com/
  2. Select “My Transaction History” on left hand side of the page.
  3. Under Description, click on the Event Name that you wish to edit (in blue text).
  4. Select EDIT REGISTRATION INFORMATION
  5. Change the details you wish changed and select submit.

To transfer your entry to another person:

A $10 transfer fee will apply. Deadline for all transfers is August 31.

  1. Sign In to your Participant Dashboard by selecting “Sign In” in the top right here: https://raceroster.com/
  2. Select “My Transaction History” on left hand side of the page
  3. Under Description, click on the Event Name that you wish to edit (in blue text)
  4. Scroll down, and Select “TRANSFER” button on right hand side below the REGISTER button
  5. Click the “To a New Participant” button
  6. Select yourself from the participant drop down menu (if you registered multiple people in your original transaction-choose the participant who is transferring their registration)
  7. Enter the email address of the person you would like to transfer registration to
  8. Click Start Transfer
  9. The system will navigate you back to initiate another transfer, if you do not have any other transfers to complete simply close window
  10. New participant will receive an email with a link to complete the transfer, be advised that the transfer is pending until new registrant opens the link and completes the registration form (including the checkout page where they must hit ‘SUBMIT ORDER’

Duplicate Registrations

Have you accidentally registered for the event twice? The higher priced registration (entry fee, gst and add-on items) will be refunded less the original processing fees.  The registration along with any add-on purchases will be cancelled. Email support@raceroster.com . All changes must be completed by August 31.

Cancelling Due to Injury

Unable to run and would like cancel your registration and add-ons? We will cancel your registration, cancel any add-on purchases and remove you from the event. You will be refunded the entry fee, gst, add-on items and processing fee; less a $20 cancellation fee. If you registered for more than one event, the cancellation fee will only be charged once when cancelling both registrations at the same time. Email us at support@raceroster.com with your registration confirmation number. Deadline for cancellation is August 31.

No changes will be facilitated at the Packet Pickup.

Our bib printing process starts on September 1st. At that time the data is pulled from the registration system. The bib numbers are then printed with your registration details, your name and your medical information. Any changes after the August 31st date can result in errors in that data, not allowing our medical team to provide for you in need.

Registration Policies

See above for the process and timelines to facilitate cancellation and transfer policies of Canada Running Series West. It is the responsibility of the entrant to pick up their packet from registration. Packets will not be mailed prior to or after the event. After the event has taken place T-shirts may not be available, and prior to the event are available on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
