Packet Pickup

If you registered after April 2nd, please bring your confirmation e-mail to the Help Desk during packet pickup hours. Packet pickup will be at The Runners Shop on Thursday, April 6th and Friday, April 7th.

Important: Bib number and corral colour will be provided to you in our last minute information e-mail on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 12 p.m. EST. Please bring a printout of your last minute information e-mail with your bib number OR original registration email confirmation and/or a piece of photo ID to packet pickup.

A friend or family member can pick up your packet provided they:

  • know your bib number and have a letter or e-mail giving them permission to pick-up your race kit OR
  • have your confirmation email

Directions & Parking

Please note that parking is not available within High Park on race day and the park will be closed to vehicles from 5:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

Limited parking is available on side streets outside the park and will be enforced on race day — be sure to obey all parking signs.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to scheduled maintenance , there will be no subway service between Downsview and St George stations on April 8th and 9th. All trains on Line 1 will turn back southbound at St George Station. Additionally, due to traffic impacts from numerous on-street construction activities, shuttle buses will operate between Downsview and Lawrence West stations during this closure. Customers are encouraged to use existing east-west bus/streetcar routes to the Yonge portion of Line 1 or north-south bus routes to Line 2. Additional service is being added to these routes during the subway closure. For more information on this closure, please visit the TTC Website.

Baggage Check Rules:

  • website-updates-november-4th-2016You must use your clear drawstring kit bag (image at right) for your Baggage! Absolutely no other bags will be accepted. The kit bag will be included in your race kit and is sized appropriately so that all bags checked on race day will fit in the baggage check areas, ensuring efficiency at both check-in and pick-up.
  •  You will receive a baggage sticker at Packet Pick-up. You will write your bib number on this sticker. You must attach this sticker to your bag in the box marked “PLEASE AFFIX BAGGAGE STICKER HERE”
  • We strongly recommend that you leave your valuables at home! The Canada Running Series is not responsible for lost or stolen property, including any and all property checked at the Baggage Check.
  • Baggage Check will close at 11:30 a.m. for the 10k, and 12:00 p.m. for the 5k. Any bags not claimed by this time will be available for pick up at the Canada Running Series office at 264 The Esplanade, Toronto ON, M5A 4J6, during our office hours. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you have any questions about Baggage Check please contact Rachel Williams.

Post-Race Party Site

All runners, family and friends are welcome to get together at the post-race party site! Celebrate the run with a great “I ♥ High Park” pancake breakfast, awards ceremony as well as plenty of post-race food and drinks. Spend some time visiting the various sponsor tents on site featuring The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, Oasis Juice and PowerBar.

We will also be selling off race shirts from past years’ events. Get yours for $5/each or 3 for $10 (cash only).

Pancakes will be served in the Party Site from 9:30am-12:30pm.

You can pre-purchase your pancake breakfast during registration for only $4!

You can also purchase your pancakes on Race Day, while supplies last. Follow your nose to the High Park Nature Centre booth in the Party Site!

Photos are the official race photographers of the Race Roster Spring Run-Off.
