If your race shirt doesn’t fit, you will be able to exchange it after the race at the Help Desk. The shirt must be unworn, and exchanges are available on a first-come, first-served basis
We only ship virtual race kits to Canadian addresses. If you live outside Canada and wish to participate, you can enter the Canadian mailing address of a friend or family member who can receive the kit on your behalf.
Shipping is included in the cost of all virtual registrations and your Race Kit will be shipped to the address entered at point of registration.
Yes. The person picking up the race kits must have the registration confirmation of the participant, and permission from the registrant to pickup on their behalf.
If already registered:
To fundraise for one of our official charity partners, all you need to do is customize your fundraising page which was automatically created for you during registration. To do this, go to “Donate to Participant” HERE, search for your name and access your profile. Ensure you are signed into your Race Roster account (upper right hand corner). Then click on “Edit fundraising profile” under the profile picture – Select your charity, edit your fundraising message, set a goal & upload a photo!
If you are not yet registered for the race, during your race registration, select your charity from the fundraising team drop down menu.
You will be registered for the race and for fundraising all in one step!
Yes! You will have the option in the registration form to donate some of your swag items to an Under Armour Eastside 10K charity.

Yes, participants can transfer between events and distances subject to availability until September 1st at 11:59pm PST
To transfer your distance, visit https://raceroster.com/events/2025/95708/2025-under-armour-eastside-10k/new-transfer-request
There is a $10 administrative fee to transfer, plus any additional registration fee from switching distances.
Any bib transfer requests after September 1st must be completed in-person at race kit pickup on Friday, September 19th or Saturday, September 20th.
Please e-mail info@canadarunningseries.com to have one of your registration entries refunded and removed from the participant data.
You are able to change your shirt size online before the deadline of September 2nd
How to Change your Shirt Size
1. Login to your Race Roster Participant Dashboard
2. Confirm that you’re managing the correct event registration. To switch the event, click the <- All events button and select the appropriate event.
3. Click the Edit registration button.
4. You will then be taken to the Edit registration details page where you can make any updates to your registration. Each part of your registration is broken up into respective fields.
5. Once you have made the appropriate edits, click the green Save button to complete the process.
