Changes to your race distance may be available, depending on the distance and race kit availability. Please email us at email@example.com. There may be additional fees involved to transfer between distances.
Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to have one of your registration entries refunded and removed from the participant data.
Deadline for changes is midnight August 12th.
You are able to change your shirt size online before the deadline of Sunday, August 15th.
How to Change your Shirt Size
1. Login to your Race Roster Participant Dashboard
2. Confirm that you’re managing the correct event registration. To switch the event, click the <- All events button and select the appropriate event.
3. Click the Edit registration button.
4. You will then be taken to the Edit registration details page where you can make any updates to your registration. Each part of your registration is broken up into respective fields.
5. Once you have made the appropriate edits, click the green Save button to complete the process.
The shirt size I requested does not fit, can I exchange it?
Shirt exchanges may be offered after the race period, based on size availability. If your race shirt doesn’t fit, please email us at email@example.com

Find your credit code by going to https://raceroster.com/dashboard/participants and use the dropdown at the top to search past events. Choose the 2020 Under Armour Eastide 10K and then find the code under the “Additional Details” portion of your registration.

When will I receive the registration confirmation?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your registration is confirmed.
If you did not receive a confirmation please follow these steps:
- Sign In to your Participant Dashboard
- Select “My Transaction History” on left hand side of the page
- Navigate to the section labelled ‘My Transactions’ (in blue) and scroll down to view the registration in question
- On the far right under ‘Notes’ click ‘Receipt’
- A link will pop open with a PDF file version of your receipt, please download
