Picking up for a Friend?

You can send a friend or family member to pick up your race kit. Just forward them your Race Week Bib Number Confirmation Email with a note granting them permission to pick up on your behalf.

If you registered for one of our virtual events, your kit items will be mailed to you.

There will be no Race Kit Pickup on Race Day.

In-Person Race Kit Shipping

All in-person participants with a Canadian mailing address, that register before the shipping deadline, can choose to have their Race Kit (bib & souvenir vest) mailed to them for an additional fee. The fee is charged per race kit and there is no family or bulk rate option. International shipping is not available for this event.

Note: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and includes apt/unit numbers if applicable. Race kits returned to Canada Running Series due to an incorrect shipping address will not be re-shipped before the race. If for any reason you do not receive your race bib, or you misplace it, you must visit the Help Desk on race day so we can issue you a new bib.

If you do not choose this option, or you register after the shipping deadline, you must pick up your Race Kit at our Race Kit Pickup location.

There is no option to pick up your Race Kit on race morning.

Note: The deadline to choose Race Kit Shipping is February 22nd at 11:59 p.m. and those race kits will be shipped by March 20th.

Impact Bib Program

The Impact Bib Program gives participants the choice about whether to receive a souvenir vest as part of their registration. If a participant chooses the Impact Bib, they are opting to make a minimum $10 donation to Parkdale Community Food Bank in lieu of a souvenir vest. On race day, your bib will have an Impact Bib sticker on it to celebrate your choice!

At Canada Running Series, we’re always looking for ways to reduce our environmental impact, and we want to provide our participants with that same ability. By offering the impact bib as a registration option, we allow our participants a choice in what they receive as part of their race experience.

If you have more questions about the impact bib program, please contact us.
