Toronto, thank you! ❤️

Thank you for showing us why you’re the best city. Thank you for showing up and for bringing the noise and energy. Thank you for being the best TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon this city’s ever seen.

And congratulations to every participant - in the 5K, Half Marathon, and Full Marathon. We hope you’re proud and still soaking in everything that this weekend was. 🌟

With all the love,

Your Canada Running Series Team

Take a second, read it over, then read it back again.

This time tomorrow, you’re going to be covering 42.2K or 21.1K of the greatest city. 🏙️

Rest up, sleep well, eat some carbs, then have the most fun you’ve ever had.

Soak it all in. 🤍

A HUGE part of race weekend is our TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon Race Expo… and just like that, it’s already over! 🌟

Thanks you to all of the incredible vendors, partners, and to our inspirational panelists that made this Speaker Series truly epic. 🌟
We also got to wrangle up the Women’s Training Run crew one last time before the big day.🫶

Thanks for making this Race Expo so special. We’re currently scrolling through all of your Race Expo hauls. 🤭

If there’s one thing Rockie knows, it’s how to get around Toronto…👀🦝

It’s almost race weekend, which means there are only two more days until road closures begin for the TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon. In order to get you to the start line, or around the city (to cheer participants on 🤭), take the @takethettc and public transportation!

The subway is the easiest way to get around for all of our 5K participants with it opening at 6AM on October 17th. Streetcar is also a great option - but be sure to check out our website for streetcar diversions. 🚃

For all of our 21K and 42K participants, the subway is a great option for those travelling after 8AM (opening subway hours). If arriving before then, the bus will be your best friend! 🚍

Plan ahead, and take public transportation to the start line to avoid the road closures! Check out canadarunningseries.com for more info! 🌟

3 distances. Participants from over 70 different countries. Over 31,000 racers. One insane weekend.

Toronto, let’s show them what this weekend is all about. We’ll see you there. 🤍

Thankful for the people that run with us, the ones that wait for us at the finish line, the community it brings us, and everything in between. 🥹

One more week, y’all! We can’t wait to see you there. 🫶

To know the Toronto Running Community is to know @parkdaleroadrunners. 🫶

They’ve been here since the beginning - from running as an outlet and to get out of the bars in 2010 (🤫) to the incredible community of people that it’s become today!

While we joined them for their social run, the group runs every Tuesday at 7PM out of @staygoldtoronto & every Saturday at 9AM out of @hdntrack! ✨

Be sure to join them on a run, and best of all, catch them bringing ALL the energy to the @towaterfront42k next weekend! 📣

Thanks PDRR! ❤️

Spooky Season may be approaching, and we’re just getting a head start!👻

You won’t catch us under fuelling, but you may catch us finding some Etsy witches… 👀

Let’s go, Toronto! Only 2 weeks until show-time.

Happy #RacoonAppreciationDay to our favourite goofy guy! 🦝🤠

We never know what he’s thinking or what he’ll get up to next (nor do we want to 🫣), but he’s sure brought a lot of joy to our races!

Thanks for always bringing the moves, Rockie!

We love you! 🤍🥹

Cheer…let’s talk about it! 🫶

It’s something that just “happens”. But what you may not know, is those strangers cheering you on are waking up earlier than you may be! They arrive, and cheer and make noise for the first participant, and stay until the last one passes them.

They’re helping to motivate you on course because they know exactly how it feels to need that boost to get them to the finish.

They’re dancing and yelling all day long - just for you!

It’s how we know that Toronto has the best run community! Strangers showing up for strangers when they need it most. 🤍

Thank you to all of the crews that show up and make our races so special! We 🫶 u! And we can’t wait for you to see what we have in store for you next month. 👀
