Race Roster collects a fee on all transactions (processing fees) as this is an industry standard. Their team assists our races from beginning to end, and this fee allows them to provide meaningful customer support to all participants, covers merchant costs of processing the transaction, the technology costs of developing an online registration platform, includes event cancellation protection for participants in the case of an emergency, and ensures that the online race experience is seamless for all.
We understand that some people aren’t familiar with where these fees are spent, and may think they are an irrelevant added cost, though without them, we would not be able to host the events that we do.
There are no age requirements for the Virtual 10K race distance. For anyone under 12, we encourage them to be accompanied by an adult.
If your race shirt doesn’t fit, you will be able to exchange it after the race at the Help Desk. The shirt must be unworn, and exchanges are available on a first-come, first-served basis
Please e-mail info@canadarunningseries.com to have one of your registration entries refunded and removed from the participant data.
Can I get a refund?
Entry fees will not be refunded or reimbursed.
Can I defer my entry to next year?
Race entries cannot be deferred to next year.
Find your credit code by going to https://raceroster.com/dashboard/participants and use the dropdown at the top to search past events. Choose the 2020 Under Armour Eastside 10K and then find the code under the “Additional Details” portion of your registration.
