When will I get my race kit if I run the Virtual Race?

We cannot wait to get your shirt and medal to you! For anyone who chose the Virtual 10K event, your race kit will be shipped to you by the middle of June. Please keep an eye on your email for more updates as they’re available.

For anyone who chose the In-person 10K or the Double Dip event, your race kit will be available for pickup at Race Kit Pickup.

Can someone else pick up my race kit on my behalf?

Participants registered in the Virtual 10K event will have their race kits shipped to them. If you are registered for an in-person or hybrid event (The Double Dip), someone else can pickup a race kit on a participants behalf. The person picking up the kit must have a copy of the participants confirmation email or written authorization from the participant via email, text or direct message stating that they have permission to pick up the kit.

Is there Race Kit Pickup for the Virtual Events?

If you are registered for a virtual only event, Domestic shipping is included in the cost of all virtual registrations and your race kit will be shipped to the address entered at point of registration.

If you are participating in the Double Dip, your virtual items will be included in your Race Kit that you will pick up at Race Kit Pickup.

How do I input my Virtual Race Results?

Participants will be able to input their distances and times from May 18th to June 18th. Once you have completed your activity, you can track it on the Race Roster Results Platform by following these steps:

– Login to your Participant Dashboard (link to https://raceroster.com/signin)
– Locate your Toronto Waterfront 10K virtual race on the right side of your participant dashboard
– Select the [Post Your Result] button under your virtual race
– Add the distance and duration of your run and/or walk as well as the time you started this activity
– Select ‘Submit Results’

Can I change the shirt size I initially requested?

Our deadline to change your shirt size online was May 27th at 11:59 EST.

If your race shirt doesn’t fit, you may be able to exchange it in person after the race on Sunday, June 18th. If you are a virtual participant, please email us at info@canadarunningseries.com. Exchanges are first come, first served and are based on shirt size availability.
