If picking up for friends/family, you can only do so for a maximum of three (3) including your own packet.
In May 2013 we moved to individual packet pickup policy, following the examples of the Boston Marathon, Chicago Marathon and New York Marathons. We will have security at the exits that will only allow three kits at a time.
We strongly suggest that all participants take responsibility for picking up their own individual packets.
Not only will this reduce your stress, but it will help ensure there are no errors in your registration data, that you have the correct shirt & bib number
I am a visually impaired runner. Where can I find out more about running with a guide?
If you are visually impaired and would like to be matched with a guide runner, please contact Achilles Canada at www.achillescanada.ca.
How do I register to run with a Guide?
You will register using the online registration system. Please contact info@canadarunningseries.com to provide your support person’s name and contact information.
When the participant picks up their race kit, they will receive the additional “GUIDE” bib.
Your guide has 2 options:
- The guide can participate in the event at no cost. They will need to complete the event waiver and wear the event “GUIDE” bib on their back.
- The guide can pay the full registration fee. They will receive the event shirt, bib with timing chip & finisher’s medal. They will need to wear the event “GUIDE” bib on their back.
I am running as a guide, how do I get my “guide” bib?
The participant that you are guiding will be given a guide bib with their bib. You will need to wear this bib on your back while guiding a participant in the event.

Thank you so much for your interest in being a guide for one of our participants! We at CRS do not coordinate guides, however I am sure that Achilles Canada at www.achillescanada.ca would love to hear from you.
When will I receive the registration confirmation?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your registration is confirmed.
I did not receive the registration confirmation – what should I do?
You can find your registration confirmation by logging into your Race Roster account.
- Sign In to your Participant Dashboard
- Select “My Transaction History” on left hand side of the page
- Navigate to the section labelled ‘My Transactions’ (in blue) and scroll down to view the registration in question
- On the far right under ‘Notes’ click ‘Receipt’
- A link will pop open with a PDF file version of your receipt, please download
Please e-mail info@canadarunningseries.com to have one of your registration entries refunded and removed from the participant data.

- Corral
You will be organized in coloured corrals based on the expected finishing time you provided on your registration form. Your assigned corral will be indicated by a coloured stripe on your bib. On race day, enter your corral at the coloured flags that correspond to your bib.
