If your race shirt doesn’t fit, you will be able to exchange your shirt size after you complete your race at the Help Desk just outside of the Main Entrance to the Zoo on race day. Please note shirt exchanges are based on availability.
Yes, we will be allowing distance transfers at the help desk at Race Kit Pickup at the Toronto Zoo. There is a $10 administrative fee associated with all transfers. If you wish to transfer to a distance that is more expensive, you will be charged the cost difference between your current registration and the new distance.
To participate in the 2022 event, you will need to complete the current registration form and enter your deferral code in the Promo Code section.
Find your deferral code by going to https://raceroster.com/dashboard/participants and use the dropdown at the top to search past events. Choose the 2020 Oasis ZooRun and then find the code under the “Additional Details” portion of your registration.
Unfortunately there is limited space in this event, and once we are sold out, we are unable to open more spaces. We do not maintain a waitlist for our events. We hope you will join us for another of our virtual events. You can find our events here: www.canadarunningseries.com
Can I change the shirt size I initially requested?
Our deadline to change your shirt size online was August 16th at 11:59 pm EST.
If your race shirt doesn’t fit, you may be able to exchange it in person after the race on Saturday, September 17th at the Help Desk near the main entrance of the Zoo. If you are a virtual participant, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Exchanges are first come, first served and are based on shirt size availability.
The cost of the registration fee supports the virtual experience from start to finish, including, but not limited to: an exclusive participant shirt, a finisher medal, digital finisher bib & certificate, partner swag, a seamless experience from registration to race day, access to our online community, and more.
