Registration for the Beneva Spring Run-Off will be open to the public on Oct. 15 at 12pm EST.
Based on the course restrictions in High Park, there will be a registration cap of 2,200 for the 8K and 1,500 for the 5K events. The In-Person Kids Race will have a cap of 300 participants.
There are no age requirements for the 8K & 5K in-Person race distances. For anyone under 12, we encourage them to be accompanied by an adult.
No. Canada Running Series Race Credits do not have an expiry date.
