What is an iTAB?

An iTaB is an engraved piece which personalizes your fantastic finisher medal. It is available in a self-adhesive style which fits neatly into the recess on the reverse side of your medal.

When should I expect to receive my iTAB?

If you have ordered your iTAB in registration, about 7-10 working days after the event, you will receive your personalised iTAB directly to the postal address given in your registration. If you do not receive your pre-purchased iTAB within this time, then please contact iTAB directly, https://www.itab.us.com/contact/

Delivery times

To keep costs down, all iTABs are dispatched using the standard country postal services.

For delivery outside Europe: iTABs are typically delivered within 5-7 working days but please allow up to 14 working days.

For delivery within Europe: iTABs are typically delivered within 3-5 working days but please allow up to 10 working days.

You will be able to find your results on Sportstats.

• you will be able to see the results for all of your previous events.

Don’t just win your prize, claim it! Participants have 30 days to claim any prizes. Please send an email to crswest@canadarunningseries.com with your mailing address, age category and place you came in and your prize will be mailed out to you.

It’s due to the tall downtown buildings and GPS has difficulty tracking exactly where you are.

This is a very common problem with GPS devices being used in large cities and is called multi-path interference. Multi-path interference is when the device does not have a clear shot or line of sight at the sky. In areas where there are many tall buildings, the source signal of the GPS device can split into more than one signal, causing incorrect readings.
