If you’d like to exchange your shirt please bring your current shirt (in unworn and unwashed condition, please) to the Info Tent at the Start Line on race morning before boarding the buses. We can switch it up if the size you’re looking for is still available.
Shirt sizes are based on availability and once a shirt size has sold out, you will not be able to select it.
- Log into your Participant Dashboard (http://raceroster.com/signin)
- Use your email associated with your Race Roster account,
- select ‘Yes, I have a Password’ and enter your password
- Click on “edit registration data”
- Update your shirt size as needed.
The deadline for changes is midnight Friday, July 10th. Missed the deadline? Visit package pickup in person to make any changes.
Is the shirt size I requested in my registration guaranteed?
We’ve done a lot of planning to make sure everyone has some sweet gear to take home. If you can’t get gear in the right size the day of the event, know that our team will be happy to support and make it right. We’ve got your back.
Will you be posting the percentage of registrations on your website as events get near full?
We will be posting updates on our social media accounts with updates on registration numbers.
Our events regularly sell out, so register as soon a possible to avoid disappointment.
Can I sign up for a waiting list in the event that a registered participant opts not to run?
If an event sells out, we do not start a wait list.
You are able to find a person with a registration is no longer interested in participating, and transfer the registration.
I can see that there are lots of people who would still like to register, why can’t you increase the capacity?
Unfortunately we are not able to increase the capacity of our event. The capacity is based on a variety of aspects including participant safety, road closure timing, participant resources, and many other aspects. With these elements in mind, we are not able to increase the capacity at this time.
Are you able to connect me someone who is interested in transferring bibs?
We do not have a waitlist for our events, and because of that are not able to connect you with someone who is interesting in transferring bibs.
I am a visually impaired runner. Where can I find out more about running with a guide?
If you are visually impaired and would like to be matched with a guide runner, please contact Achilles Canada at www.achillescanada.ca.
How do I register to run with a Guide?
You will register using the online registration system. Please contact info@canadarunningseries.com to provide your support person’s name and contact information.
When the participant picks up their race kit, they will receive the additional “GUIDE” bib.
Your guide has 2 options:
- The guide can participate in the event at no cost. They will need to complete the event waiver and wear the event “GUIDE” bib on their back.
- The guide can pay the full registration fee. They will receive the event shirt, bib with timing chip & finisher’s medal. They will need to wear the event “GUIDE” bib on their back.
I am running as a guide, how do I get my “guide” bib?
The participant that you are guiding will be given a guide bib with their bib. You will need to wear this bib on your back while guiding a participant in the event.
I am interested in running as a guide.

When will I receive the registration confirmation?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your registration is confirmed.
I did not receive the registration confirmation – what should I do?
You can find your registration confirmation by logging into your Race Roster account.
- Sign In to your Participant Dashboard
- Select “My Transaction History” on left hand side of the page
- Navigate to the section labelled ‘My Transactions’ (in blue) and scroll down to view the registration in question
- On the far right under ‘Notes’ click ‘Receipt’
- A link will pop open with a PDF file version of your receipt, please download

You will be organized in coloured corrals based on the expected finishing time you provided on your registration form. Your assigned corral will be indicated by a coloured stripe on your bib. On race day, enter your corral at the coloured flags that correspond to your bib.
