I filed a claim and it was approved, where is my payment?

Refunds under this program will be paid within 30 days from the date a designated Race Roster Enhanced Refund Program accepts your claim, or from the date that proper written proof of such loss acceptable to them is approved.

If I transfer my registration, is the Enhanced Refund Protection policy applied to the new registration?

No, the Enhanced Refund Protection does not transfer to the new participant. Once your registration has been transferred, you/the original insurance holder can no longer submit a claim.

Is there a deadline to submit a claim?

Yes, written notice of refund request must be given by the insurance holder, or someone acting on the holder’s behalf to an Enhanced Refund Protection Program representative within 30 days after a refund reason first begins or within 30 days of the event date, whichever comes first.

Does Race Roster’s Enhanced Refund Protection Program require proof when making a claim?

Yes. Every claim made to Race Roster’s Enhanced Refund Protection Program must be supported with proof of loss and proof of purchase. The required proof of loss will vary depending upon the case.

Any participant that purchased the Enhanced Refund Protection Program and would like a refund can complete the validation form and file their claim HERE.
