Yes! Your CRS Credit can be used for any Canada Running Series event, including virtual.
All participants in the in-person race must pick up their race kit at race kit pickup location: Forerunners – Main Street (3889 Main Street, Vancouver BC)
Race Kit Pickup Hours
Wednesday, June 18 – 10am-6pm
Thursday, June 19 – 10am-7pm
Friday, June 20 – 10am-7pm
Saturday, June 21 – 10am-5pm
Race day kit pickup is not available.
Picking up for a Friend?
Please bring either their original Race Roster Registration Confirmation Email AND a text, e-mail, or hand-written note that states they allow you to pick up their race kit on their behalf.
Service Animal Policy
Service animals are the only animals permitted on course.
Trained, accredited service animals (animals trained to assist individuals with a medical or physical disability) may be permitted on course, provided that the procedures below are followed.
– Accreditation documentation by a recognized Assistance Animal program or equivalent. Only working animals (not including retired, trainee and companion animals), are permitted on course.
– The service animal must wear an identification harness for the duration of the event.
– The owner is responsible to clean up after their service animal.
– Race officials have the right to refuse participation if the service animal poses a safety concern.

Yes, transfers to another sub-event (distance) may be available, based on course restrictions. Transfers into a sold out sub-event (distance) will not be available.
*Please note that there is only one transfer available per registration, and transfers into a sold out distance are not possible.

There is a $10 transfer fee to transfer between events, plus any additional registration fee differences between events. When the transfer is complete, the previous registrant will be refunded and the new registrant will be charged. Distance transfers are subject to all fee increases as a result of the distance change.

You would have received a confirmation email as soon as your registration is confirmed. If you did not receive a confirmation please check your junk mail or promotions folder in your inbox first. If you cannot see the email, follow the steps below:
– Sign in to your Participant Dashboard.
– Click the confirmation number listed beside your virtual event distance
– Your registration confirmation details will pop up in a new window. You can select to print this receipt for your records

The age limit for the 21K is 16 years or older.
There are no age requirements for the 5K distance. For anyone under 12, we encourage them to be accompanied by an adult.
The in-person Kids Race is for participants 2-12 years old.
