How can I donate to one of the Official Charities of the Charity Challenge?

Thank you for supporting one of our official charity partners. To make a donation, go to the official charity partner list HERE.
Click DONATE NOW beside the charity you would like to donate to, then follow the instructions.
To donate to a charity through a participant, click HERE, then search the participant by name, and click DONATE.
To donate to a charity through a team, click HERE, then search the team, and click DONATE.

How can I fundraise in support of one of the official charities of the Charity Challenge?

If already registered:
To fundraise for one of our official charity partners, all you need to do is customize your fundraising page which was automatically created for you during registration. To do this, follow the steps outlined HERE.
Feel free to add any additional text and images for your supporters to see.
If not registered for the race:
During your race registration, under the “Team” section, select to join an existing Charity Challenge Fundraising Team OR create your own. If you create your own team, make sure to select your desired charity.
You will be registered for the race and for fundraising all in one step!

Can participants transfer between distances or virtual and in-person events?

Yes, participants can transfer between events and distances subject to availability until June 1st at 11:59pm PST
To transfer your distance, visit https://raceroster.com/events/2025/94630/2025-vancouver-half-marathon/new-transfer-request.
There is a $10 administrative fee to transfer, plus any additional registration fee from switching distances.
Any bib transfer requests after June 1st must be completed in-person at race kit pickup. Dates and time can be found here.

Can I change the shirt size I initially requested? How do I change my shirt size?

You are able to change your shirt size, based on availability, online before the deadline of June 1st, 2025 at 11:59 pm PST.
How to Change your Shirt Size
1. Login to your Race Roster Participant Dashboard
2. Confirm that you’re managing the correct race registration (2025 Vancouver Half Marathon). To switch the event and manage a different race registration click the <- All events button and select the appropriate event.
3. Click the Edit registration button.
4. You will then be taken to the Edit registration details page where you can make any updates to your registration. Each part of your registration is broken up into respective fields.
5. Once you have made the appropriate edits, click the green Save button to complete the process.
