Yes! Participants who did not pick up their race kit during the designated race kit pickup window can pay to have their race kit shipped to them for a $10 fee. The deadline to request to have your kit shipped to you is April 30th.

To select shipping,

  • log in to you Race Roster Dashboard
  • Select Event Store button, then select How to receive your Race Kit product and add shipping to cart

How do I input my results?

By | Results and Swag, Virtual Race, Virtual Race Period | No Comments
Participants will be able to input their distances and times from April 1st to April 30th. Once you have completed your activity, you will track it on the Race Roster Results Platform by following these steps:
    1. Go to the Race Roster Results Platform
    2. Login to your Race Roster account
    3. Select your distance by clicking the ‘Event’ drop down
    4. Click the ‘Post An Activity’ button
    5. Add your activity details
    6. Select ‘Submit Activity’

You can upload your race result more than once if you improve your time, but please be mindful that this may not be the time to run a PB. Run well within your ability to keep yourself and those around you safe. Remember, you can upload your times between April 1-30.

Once your results are uploaded to Race Roster, you will have the chance to win some awesome prizes from our race partners! Prizing will be based on participation, not performance, so everyone has an equal chance of winning.

Are there any Virtual Race Safety Tips ?

Virtual Race Safety Tips

  • Complete your virtual race solo. Do not run with anyone else, unless they live in your household
  • If you are running with someone from your household, run single file, allowing others to pass you easily and safely
  • Avoid high traffic pedestrian and vehicle areas. Run or walk close to home in your neighbourhood during a quieter time of day.
  • Adhere to social distancing practices* while you are out running or walking. Can you safely pass someone? Can you run safely on the road? Make sure you always have a safe way to move around people to maintain at least 6 feet of distance.
  • Complete your run on treadmill, if this is an option that is available to you and that you would prefer.
  • Wear appropriate clothing. Be visible and dress for the weather.
  • Bring water and/or nutrition if you’re planning a longer route. There are no water stations along the way in a virtual race.
  • Carry a cell phone with you during your virtual race and tell someone the route you’re running in case of an emergency.

* follow the advice of your local public health authority, to help stop the spread of coronavirus.

Where can I run the Virtual Race?

By | Virtual Race, Virtual Race Period | No Comments

Wherever you are! The joy of running a Virtual Race is you can start it right outside your front door. In order to avoid crowds and to adhere to social distancing we urge that you not run the original route. Please follow the guidelines outlined by your local government regarding running outdoors to ensure you are keeping yourself and your community safe. Follow normal street lights and traffic regulations like any typical solo training run you do. Your Virtual Race should be completed solo and not with a running partner or a group.
