There are no age requirements for the 8K & 5K in-Person race distances. For anyone under 12, we encourage them to be accompanied by an adult.
Yes. The In-Person 8K & 5K events will be timed by Sportstats. The In-Person Kids Race distance will not be timed.
No. Following the guidelines of Athletics Canada, Athletics Ontario & Toronto Public Health, you are not required to show proof of vaccination in order to participate.
The In-Person Beneva Spring Run-Off event will take place on Saturday April 5th, 2025 in High Park in Toronto.
Bag Check will be open from 8:30 am-12:45 pm on Race Day.
8K & 5K Bag Check will be located just south of the Black Oak Café on West Rd.

Yes. International runners are welcome in 2022. All runners must be fully vaccinated and comply with our COVID-19 policies and procedures.
No. Canada Running Series Race Credits do not have an expiry date.
Service Animal Policy
Service animals are the only animals permitted on course.
Trained, accredited service animals (animals trained to assist individuals with a medical or physical disability) may be permitted on course, provided that the procedures below are followed.
– Accreditation documentation by a recognized Assistance Animal program or equivalent. Only working animals (not including retired, trainee and companion animals), are permitted on course.
– The service animal must wear an identification harness for the duration of the event.
– The owner is responsible to clean up after their service animal.
– Race officials have the right to refuse participation if the service animal poses a safety concern.
