Race entries are non-refundable and non-deferrable, as noted in the waiver you accepted during registration. However, you can transfer your registration to another runner at race kit pickup. Please see information and instructions on how to do this here.
You do not need to email us if you are transferring your registration to another individual, you will just need to follow the instructions linked above.
Your deferral code will be valid until 2023. If you received a deferral code for the 2020 event, you will be able to use it towards the 2022 21K de Montreal.
The age limit for the 21K is 16 years or older.
There are no age requirements for the 10K & 5K in-Person race distances. For anyone under 12, we encourage them to be accompanied by an adult.
