If you do not finish your distance within the course time limit, you will kindly be asked to move to the sidewalk and complete your distance as an informed pedestrian.

Please follow the directions of our Course Marshals to ensure you complete your distance safely.

Please be sure to also collect your medal after your race from the finish line or from the Help Desk.

Time Limit to complete the 21K course is 3 hours (a pace of 8:32/km).
Time Limit to complete the 10K course is 1:30 hours (a pace of 9:00/km).
Time Limit to complete the 5K course is 1 hour 30 minutes (a pace of 18:00/km).
