Let’s reignite connections and come together for a 10K run along Toronto’s picturesque waterfront.
This year’s Toronto Waterfront 10K is all about community. Grab your running buddy, rally your run crew, or text that friend who’s been meaning to start running.
To celebrate your achievement, participants will receive a souvenir shirt and unique finisher medal featuring designs inspired by the city’s beauty.
This June, your waterfront race awaits.

COVID-19 Policy
Following the guidelines of Athletics Canada, Athletics Ontario, and Toronto Public Health, we will not be requiring participants to show proof of vaccination.
Race Kit Pickup
Race Kit Pickup is available at the downtown BlackToe Running Inc location at 95 Bathurst St, Toronto (just North of King).
All participants in the In-Person 10K and Double Dip must pick up their Race Kit at the store.
Race Kit Pick Schedule

There is no race day pickup.
Picking up for a Friend?
Please bring either their original Race Roster Registration Confirmation Email OR a text, e-mail, or hand-written note that states they allow you to pick up their race kit on their behalf.
Training Plan
Is this your first 10K or have you been running them for years? No matter your experience, we’ve got you covered courtesy of our friends at BlackToe Running Inc.
Start Line
Start time: 7:30 a.m.
Time limit: 1 hour 40 minutes
Start line location: On Lake Shore Boulevard West, west of Ontario Drive.
Participants will be organized in different start corrals, based on individual expected finishing time. On race morning, find your start corral by looking for the coloured flag that corresponds to the coloured stripe on your bib.

- East on Lake Shore Boulevard West to turnaround at Newfoundland Road
- West on Lake Shore Boulevard West to finish line
- Post race area at Bandshell Park at Exhibition Place

Course Restrictions
For the safety of all participants, baby carriers, skateboards, roller blades, Kangoo Jump shoes, animals and unauthorized bicycles and wheeled devices are not permitted in the race.
Nordic Pole participants are welcome.
Baby Strollers are welcome and will be asked to start at the back. Register early as stroller spots are limited.
If you will be participating with a support person, please contact info@canadarunningseries.com and we will ensure your support person is registered correctly.
Course Amenities
Water & Nuun
Water and Nuun will be available at Bandshell Park, on the course and at the finish line.
Medical Services
Medical services will be available at the start/finish area and on course.
Finish Line
The finish line is on Lake Shore Boulevard West, west of Newfoundland Road. Once you cross the finish line, please keep moving through the chute to make room for those finishing after you.
Directions and Parking
Give yourself lots of time to travel and prepare for the start of the race.
The Start Line is located on Lakeshore Ave, just west of Ontario Drive near Exhibition Place.

Please note that the TTC does not open until 6:00 a.m. on Saturdays.
Parking
Exhibition Place has multiple parking lots located close to Bandshell Park for $16. To view a map of Exhibition Place parking lots, click here. Lots 854 and 852 are the closest to Bandshell Park.

Road Closures
If you are planning on driving to the Toronto Waterfront 10K, please keep in mind that Lakeshore West from Windermere Ave to Stadium Drive on both sides of the road will be closed from 4:00am – 11:00am for the event.
Baggage Check
Baggage Check will be located in Bandshell park. Participants will drop off and pick up their bags in the same location.
Baggage Check will be open from 6:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Baggage Check Rules
- Participants will use a personal bag for Baggage Check
- Your bib will have a tear off at the bottom that is to be used for baggage check. It will have your bib number on it, so you can be matched to your bag after the event. Please tear the baggage tag off of your bib and affix it to the bag you would like to check with a safety pin or zip tie.
- We strongly recommend that you leave your valuables at home. The Toronto Waterfront 10K is not responsible for any lost or stolen property, including any and all property checked at the baggage check.
- Baggage Check will close at 11:00 a.m. Any bags not claimed by this time will be available for pick up at the Canada Running Series warehouse at 73 Galaxy Blvd, Etobicoke ON, M9W 5T4. If you have any questions about Baggage Check please contact info@canadarunningseries.com.
