Can I change distances?

Yes. Race distance changes can be made up to May 27th at midnight.

If you want to transfer to a distance that is the same price: please email crswest@canadarunningseries.com and we can make that change for you.

If you want to transfer to a distance that is greater in price, you will have to pay the cost difference, plus a $1.95 Race Roster Administrative Fee. Please note that you will not receive a partial refund if you transfer into a distance that is less than the original registration.

To transfer to a distance that is greater in price:
– You must be logged into your Race Roster Account.
– You can find the login option at the top right of the registration form.
– Select the ‘Transfer’ tab on the left side of the registration form.
– Select the button called ‘Transfer to a new sub-event’.
– Follow the next steps to complete the distance transfer.

 

I did not receive the registration confirmation – what should I do?

When will I receive the registration confirmation?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your registration is confirmed.

If you did not receive a confirmation please follow these steps

  • Sign In to your Participant Dashboard 
  • Select “My Transaction History” on left hand side of the page
  • Navigate to the section labelled ‘My Transactions’ (in blue) and scroll down to view the registration in question
  • On the far right under ‘Notes’ click ‘Receipt’
  • A link will pop open with a PDF file version of your receipt, please download

If your information populates below you are successfully registered for the event.

Can I get a copy of my confirmation?

Can I change the shirt size I initially requested?

You are able to change your shirt size online before the deadline of Thursday May 27th at 11:59 pm.

How to Change your Shirt Size
1. Login to your Race Roster Participant Dashboard
2. Confirm that you’re managing the correct registration. To switch the event and manage a different registration click the <- All events button and select the appropriate event.
3. Click the Edit registration button.
4. You will then be taken to the Edit registration details page where you can make any updates to your registration. Each part of your registration is broken up into respective fields.
5. Once you have made the appropriate edits, click the green Save button to complete the process.

The shirt size I requested does not fit, can I exchange it?

If your race shirt doesn’t fit, you will be able to exchange it after the Virtual Race Period by emailing crswest@canadarunningseries.com based on shirt size availability.
