Friday, April 22nd: 9:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

There will be no race kit pickup on race day

Picking up for a Friend?  

Please bring either their original Race Roster Registration Confirmation Email OR a text, e-mail, or hand-written note that states they allow you to pick up their race kit on their behalf.

10K Baggage Check

5K & 10K Baggage Check is open from 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 23rd.

  • Baggage Check is located in Espace 67’
  • You can check-in a knapsack or smaller as your Baggage bag.
  • Your Baggage Tag will be attached to the bottom of your Race Bib which you will receive at Race Kit Pickup. You will tear the Baggage Tag off the bottom of your bib and safety pin it to your Bag. To ensure that Baggage check is fast and efficient, we ask that you do this before you arrive on race day.
  • We strongly recommend that you leave your valuables at home! The 21k de Montreal is not responsible for lost or stolen property, including any and all property checked at baggage check.

Directions and Parking


The Jean-Drapeau subway station is located right in the heart of Parc Jean-Drapeau. For fast and easy access to the Parc, the subway is still the best way to go! Avoid traffic, parking fees and time limitations on race morning.  From the Jean-Drapeau station, participants will follow the event signage leading them to the Start Area just outside the Metro Station at Espace ’67. For more information, please visit the STM website.


Parking for this event will be in parking lot P8 and will cost $25. For more information on Parking, please visit the Parc Jean-Drapeau website.

Please note that Parking is limited, and the best method of transportation is taking the Metro!

Driving Directions

Take the Parc Jean-Drapeau Exit from the Jacques-Cartier bridge.

Follow signs to P8 parking lot.

10K Start Line

The start line is located in Espace ’67 on île Ste-Hélène. Participants will line up in seeded corrals based on the estimated finishing time selected during registration.

10K Course Restrictions

For the safety of all participants, baby carriers, skateboards, roller blades, Kangoo Jump shoes, animals and unauthorized bicycles and wheeled devices are not permitted in the race. Time Limit to complete the 10K course is 1:30 hours (a pace of 9:00/km). Nordic Pole participants are welcome. Baby Strollers are welcome in the 5K event only. Register early as stroller spots are limited. If you will be participating with a support person, please contact and we will ensure your support person is registered correctly.

Water & Nuun

Water and Nuun will be available on the course and at the finish line.

Medical Services

Medical services will be available at the start/finish area and on course.

10K Finish Line

The finish line is in Espace ’67, on île Ste-Hélène. Once you cross the finish line, please keep moving through the chute to make room for those finishing after you.



Participants will receive an ASICS Ready Set short sleeve shirt. Designer Mike Hutchinson, “took inspiration from the retro city souvenir shirts found in vintage shops (or the back of your parents’ closet).”

Finisher Medal

This year’s medal features one of the most iconic features in Montreal’s skyline, the Farine Five Roses sign.
