Here To Be

Here to Be is a community-based social impact program that makes the healing benefits of yoga and meditation accessible through best-in-class nonprofit partnerships. At lululemon we believe that everyone has the right to be happy and experience the joy that comes from living into our highest, truest selves. Yoga and meditation are universal tools that allow us to get quiet and tap into that potential that exists within.

Little Warriors

Little Warriors is a national, charitable organization committed to the awareness, prevention and treatment of child sexual abuse. The Little Warriors Be Brave Ranch is a long-term treatment centre located just outside of Sherwood Park, Alberta focused solely to help children ages 8-12 who have been sexually abused, as well as their families.

Throughout the year-long program, children participate in several multimodal therapy techniques. Children, along with staff and therapists, participate in daily yoga each morning to start their day. This leaves them feeling grounded and focused for their day. This is helpful for them within individual, group, and family therapy sessions and has also been helpful to support mindful self-regulation, which encourages healthy eating, sleeping, and interaction with others.

Charitable tax receipts will be issued after the event for donations of $25 or more.

Wellspring Edmonton

Wellspring Edmonton provides a warm, welcoming environment where anyone affected by cancer can focus on non-medical needs, whether they are emotional, practical, physical or spiritual. As part of their Health Restoration category, Wellspring Edmonton offers multiple classes weekly to cancer patients, family members and caregivers to help with their health and well-being, physically, psychologically and spiritually.

These programs are offered at no cost and delivered by professionals and trained volunteers – many of whom have gone through their own experience with cancer. Wellspring Edmonton is works closely with a health-care advisory council to ensure that their programs are based on the latest research and complement medical treatment plans.

Charitable tax receipts will be issued for donations of $20 or more.
